How My University Startup Circle and an NFT Community Inspire a Practical MyNaPortal Strategy for Municipalities

- Summary: MyNaPortal APIs are growing (197 services as of 2025) but municipalities struggle to adopt them in a citizen-centric way.
- I learned practical volunteer motivation in my university startup circle (P&D) and scaled community features with ReCone — those playbooks can help local governments.
- Proposal: a low-code, token-gated municipal platform that wires MyNaPortal APIs into measurable, participatory services.
結論
Municipalities should stop treating digitalization as one-off projects and build a reusable platform that: (1) slots MyNaPortal APIs into ready-made service templates, (2) uses tokenized, membership-driven community loops (learned from ReCone) to drive adoption, and (3) exposes outcome metrics to residents so policy becomes accountable and iterative.

1) Municipal Open Kit(低コードテンプレート)
2) Tokenized Civic Loops(参加を促す仕組み)
3) Outcome Dashboard(分析と透明性)
4) Low-friction funding and rollouts
