Why a Yakitori Kid Thinks Municipal Procurement Should Be a Startup Playground

- Small-town hospitality taught me the value of human-first services.
- I built ReCone to bring mainstream creators into Web3 — community-first, simple UX.
- Local governments struggle to onboard startups into public procurement and to use APIs like My Number; here's a practical, tech-forward policy idea.
結論
Municipalities should create a low-friction "Civic Innovation Procurement Sandbox" that combines safe procurement rules, modular APIs, and community-driven pilot programs so startups can ship solutions fast — bringing local problems to market while protecting IP and public interest.
