From Yakitori Counter to Regional Startup Hubs: A Practical DX Playbook for Municipalities

- I grew up helping at my family's yakitori shop, learning how people connect over simple hospitality.
- I later built ReCone, a Web3 community platform that helped mainstream audiences join creator ecosystems.
- Local governments now face a push to attract companies and startups to the regions (telework grants, tax incentives, regulatory requests); here's a tech-and-community policy to make that stick.
結論
Local governments should combine human-centered community design with lightweight DX tooling: a public, open startup-sandbox platform that links corporate relocation incentives (like "地方拠点強化税制" and the "地方創生テレワーク交付金") to real storefronts, POS/RFID systems, and community membership primitives (NFT-like access). This turns one-off relocation subsidies into sustained local ecosystems.

フリーランスでアプリを出しまくったり、after that when I founded ReCone, I learned how to onboard mainstream users into technically unfamiliar systems. With ReCone we opened an NFT-backed community for actress のん, and the key lesson was: tech alone doesn't win—you need simple, tangible value (exclusive events, discounts, trusted members) that people feel in their daily life.
